SENATE AMENDMENT 7, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 6

SB6-SSA1-SA7,1,5 "(1m) Annually, no later that October 1, the board shall submit to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature, for distribution to the legislature under s. 13.172 (2), a report that includes the following:

SB6-SSA1-SA7,1,8 (a) An accounting of the location, by municipality, of each recipient of a grant, loan, or other award and each job created or retained in the state in the previous fiscal year as a result of the board's economic development programs.

SB6-SSA1-SA7,2,2 (b) An accounting of the industry classification, based on the standard industrial classification manual, 1987 edition, published by the U.S. Office of management and budget; by municipality, of each recipient of a grant, loan or other award and each job created or retained in the state during the year as a result of the board's economic development programs."
