AB233-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB233-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete "public works project that is" and substitute "state public works project, the cost of which is less than $500,000 and".

AB233-AA2,1,5 2. Page 1, line 3: delete "funded" and substitute "funded from donations raised by friends groups,".

AB233-AA2,1,6 3. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 11 and substitute:

AB233-AA2,1,7 " Section 1m. 103.49 (3g) (i) of the statutes is created to read:

AB233-AA2,2,2 103.49 (3g) (i) A project of public works for which the estimated cost of project completion is less than $500,000, in which not less than 85 percent of that cost is privately funded from donations raised by friends groups, as defined in s. 27.016 (1) (b), in which the completed facility is dedicated to the state without compensation for ownership by the state, and in which the completed facility is used for conservation, recreational, or educational purposes.".
