AB323-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB323-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: before "placing" insert "loading, discharging,".

AB323-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 9: delete "uncocked" and substitute "not cocked or is unloaded and enclosed in a carrying case".

AB323-AA1,1,5 3. Page 3, line 7: after that line insert:

AB323-AA1,1,6 " Section 8m. 167.31 (1) (g) 4. of the statutes is created to read:

AB323-AA1,1,8 167.31 (1) (g) 4. In the case of an electronic ignition muzzle-loading firearm, having the battery removed and disconnected from the firearm.".

AB323-AA1,1,10 4. Page 3, line 18: after "cocked" insert "or is unloaded and enclosed in a carrying case".
