ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 15, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2011 ASSEMBLY BILL 40

AB40-ASA1-AA15,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB40-ASA1-AA15,1,3 1. Page 200, line 12: delete "Women's health block grant" and substitute "Family planning".

AB40-ASA1-AA15,1,6 2. Page 200, line 12: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2011-12 by $193,600 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2012-13 by $193,600 for the purpose of providing family planning services under s. 253.07.

AB40-ASA1-AA15,1,7 3. Page 339, line 11: delete lines 11 to 18.
