AB439-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB439-AA2,1,5 1. Page 6, line 23: after "16 months." insert "As part of the order, the court may authorize the person to operate an all-terrain vehicle exclusively on land under the management and control of the person's immediate family if the court finds that such operation is essential for the purpose of engaging in an occupation or trade.".

AB439-AA2,1,8 2. Page 15, line 11: after "16 months." insert "As part of the order, the court may authorize the person to operate a recreational motorboat if the court finds that such operation is essential for the purpose of engaging in an occupation or trade.".

AB439-AA2,1,12 3. Page 25, line 24: after "16 months." insert "As part of the order, the court may authorize the person to operate a snowmobile exclusively on land under the management and control of the person's immediate family if the court finds that such operation is essential for the purpose of engaging in an occupation or trade.".
