Page 2, line 6: after "property" insert ", except that a political subdivision may enact an ordinance that imposes a moratorium on a landlord from pursuing an eviction action under ch. 799 against a tenant of the landlord's residential property for 3 days before and 3 days after the day on which a religious holiday is being observed".
