ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 3, TO 2011 ASSEMBLY JOINT RESOLUTION 100

AJR100-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the joint resolution as follows:

AJR100-AA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "deficit" insert "and the use of moneys received by the state from court judgments and settlements".

AJR100-AA3,1,4 2. Page 2, line 14: after that line insert:

AJR100-AA3,1,5 " Section 1g. Section 11 of article VIII of the constitution is created to read:

AJR100-AA3,1,10 [Article VIII] Section 11. All moneys received by the state from any court judgment or settlement, including any moneys that the judgment or settlement provides may be expended for discretionary purposes, shall be deposited in a segregated fund created by law and may only be expended on purposes for which the action was originally commenced.".
