(3) On or before August 20, a taxation district treasurer shall pay to the
5county treasurer 20 percent of the collections of any 2nd or subsequent installment
6payments of the taxes imposed under s. 77.84 (2) (a), (am), (d), and (e) 1. a. and 2. a.
7and 48 percent of the collections of any 2nd or subsequent installment payments for
8closed lands under s. 77.84 (2) (b), (bm), and (e) 1. b. and 2. b.".

(2) (a) For managed forest land orders that take effect before April 28,
122004, each owner of managed forest land shall pay to each municipal treasurer an

3installment payable on or before July 31; or in installments as provided by ordinance
