SB212-SA1,1,2 1. Page 14, line 5: after that line insert:

SB212-SA1,1,3 " Section 25m. Fiscal changes.

SB212-SA1,1,8 (1) Transfer to common school fund. Of the moneys appropriated to the joint committee on finance under section 20.865 (4) (a) of the statutes for the student information system under section 115.28 (12) of the statutes, $3,000,000 is transferred to the common school fund in the first fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect.".
