SENATE AMENDMENT 4, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 367

SB367-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB367-SA4,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "once" insert "and compensation of recall petition circulators".

SB367-SA4,1,4 2. Page 1, line 3: delete "a penalty" and substitute "penalties".

SB367-SA4,1,5 3. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:

SB367-SA4,1,6 " Section 1e. 12.13 (3) (zf) of the statutes is created to read:

SB367-SA4,1,9 12.13 (3) (zf) Compensate a person who circulates a petition for the recall of an officer at a rate that varies in relation to the number of signatures of electors obtained by the person.".

SB367-SA4,1,10 4. Page 1, line 4: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".

SB367-SA4,1,11 5. Page 2, line 3: after "(ze)" insert ", (zf)".
