SB367-SA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB367-SA5,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "once" insert ", misrepresenting the content of a recall petition,".

SB367-SA5,1,4 2. Page 1, line 3: delete "a penalty" and substitute "penalties".

SB367-SA5,1,5 3. Page 1, line 6: after that line insert:

SB367-SA5,1,6 " Section 1m. 12.13 (3) (zq) of the statutes is created to read:

SB367-SA5,1,8 12.13 (3) (zq) Misrepresent the true content of a recall petition to an elector in the course of soliciting the elector to sign the petition.".

SB367-SA5,1,9 4. Page 2, line 3: delete " or (zp)" and substitute "(zp), or (zq)".
