SB4-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB4-SA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 6: delete lines 6 to 8 and substitute "designate as enterprise zones at least 2 areas comprising political subdivisions whose populations total less than 5,000 and at least 2 areas comprising political subdivisions whose populations total 5,000 or more but less than 30,000.".
