SB411-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB411-AA3,1,3 1. Page 9, line 22: on page 2, line 23 of the material inserted by senate amendment 1, after that line insert:

SB411-AA3,1,5 "(am) "Hunting dog" means a dog that is being used or that is being trained for hunting at the time of the death or injury.".

SB411-AA3,1,8 2. Page 9, line 24: delete lines 24 and 25 and substitute "apply for reimbursement for death or injury caused by wolves to livestock and to pets, other than hunting dogs, and".
