SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 411

SB411-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB411-SA2,1,2 1. Page 4, line 6: delete "(b), if" and substitute "(bn), if".

SB411-SA2,1,4 2. Page 4, line 10: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 5, line 7 and substitute:

SB411-SA2,1,9 "(bn) Issuance system. In issuing wolf harvesting licenses under this subsection, the department shall determine the number of licenses that will be available for a given year. If the number of qualified applications for wolf harvesting licenses exceeds the number of licenses that are available, the department shall select at random the applicants to be issued the licenses.".
