SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 477

SB477-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB477-SA1,1,5 1. Page 5, line 9: delete the material beginning with "does not" and ending with "corporation" on line 10 and substitute ", as a condition of employment, is required to work less than 37.5 hours per week unless the position is provided by an employer who does any of the following:

SB477-SA1,1,7 a. Pays at least 50 percent of the health insurance benefit premium cost for the individual.

SB477-SA1,1,9 b. Provides health insurance benefits that are utilized by at least 50 percent of the employer's employees.

SB477-SA1,1,11 c. Provides other employee health insurance benefits to the individual that are acceptable to the corporation.".

SB477-SA1,1,12 2. Page 6, line 7: delete lines 7 and 8 and substitute:

SB477-SA1,2,2 " Section 12m. 238.30 (2m) (b) of the statutes, as affected by 2011 Wisconsin Act 32, is renumbered 238.30 (2m) (b) (intro.) and amended to read:".

SB477-SA1,2,3 3. Page 6, line 9: after "238.30 (2m) (b)" insert "(intro.)".

SB477-SA1,2,7 4. Page 6, line 13: delete the material beginning with ", as a" and ending with "week" on line 14 and substitute ", as a condition of employment, is required to work less than 37.5 hours per week unless the job is provided by an employer who does any of the following:".
