SJR21-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: after "plan" insert "and preexisting conditions".

SJR21-SA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 4: after "plan." insert "The people have a right to health care coverage despite any preexisting condition and cannot be removed from insurance coverage or denied coverage because of a preexisting condition.".
