3grant under this subsection, the department shall require a private organization
4that uses the grant moneys received for the training of its own employees to employ
5any employee who completes the training as a full-time employee, as defined in s.
6238.399 (1) (am) 1., and to pay that employee not less than $20,000 per year in the
7year following completion of the training, if the employee is employed in a tier 1
8county or municipality, as defined by the Wisconsin Economic Development
9Corporation under s. 238.399 (6) (g) 1., or not less than $30,000 per year in the year
10following completion of the training, if the employee is employed in a tier 2 county
11or municipality, as so defined.".
