AB172-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB172-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 7: delete "and".

AB172-AA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 7: after "appropriation" insert ", and providing a penalty".

AB172-AA1,1,4 3. Page 6, line 2: after that line insert:

AB172-AA1,1,5 " Section 16m. 100.52 (10) (a) and (b) of the statutes are amended to read:

AB172-AA1,1,7 100.52 (10) (a) Except as provided in par. (b), a person who violates this section may be required to forfeit $100 $1,000 for each violation.

AB172-AA1,1,9 (b) A telephone solicitor that violates sub. (4) may be required to forfeit not more than $100 $1,000 for each violation.".
