AB40-SA15,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB40-SA15,1,6 1. Page 139, line 1: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2013-14 by $320,000,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2014-15 by $320,000,000 to increase funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.
