AB40-SA40,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB40-SA40,1,3 1. Page 678, line 23: delete "(c)" and substitute "(c) 1.".

AB40-SA40,1,5 2. Page 679, line 2: after that line, before the material inserted by assembly amendment 3, insert:

AB40-SA40,1,8 "2. If Milwaukee County imposes a residency requirement described under subd. 1., the law enforcement, fire, or emergency personnel to whom the requirement applies must reside in Milwaukee County.".
