AB61-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB61-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 4: delete "and 4." and substitute "to 5.".

AB61-AA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 6: after that line insert:

AB61-AA1,1,7 "5. A licensee may not bring a civil action under this paragraph unless the licensee or the licensee's employee reports to law enforcement the conduct suspected to be in violation of par. (a) at or near the time that the conduct occurs or is first discovered.".
