AB700-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB700-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 14, line 16: delete lines 16 to 19 and substitute:

AB700-ASA1-AA1,1,3 " Section 25g. 77.82 (1) (b) 3. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB700-ASA1-AA1,1,6 77.82 (1) (b) 3. A parcel that is developed for a human residence and that is part of an order that took effect before the effective date of this subdivision .... [LRB inserts date].

AB700-ASA1-AA1,25r Section 25r. 77.82 (1) (b) 4. of the statutes is created to read:

AB700-ASA1-AA1,1,10 77.82 (1) (b) 4. A parcel on which a building or an improvement associated with a building is located, and the parcel is part of an order that takes effect on or after the effective date of this subdivision .... [LRB inserts date].".

AB700-ASA1-AA1,1,11 2. Page 14, line 21: delete "3." and substitute "4. and s. 77.88 (3j)".

AB700-ASA1-AA1,1,12 3. Page 15, line 9: delete lines 9 and 10 and substitute:

AB700-ASA1-AA1,2,2 "f. Any other building, structure, or fixture that the department specifies by rule as being needed for, or as not conflicting with, sound forestry practices.".

AB700-ASA1-AA1,2,4 4. Page 33, line 9: after "site" insert "for a building or an improvement associated with a building".
