AB737-AA2,1,8 "(f) Establish and maintain an installment payment program under which persons whose gross income does not exceed 200 percent of the federal poverty line under 42 USC 9902 (2) have the opportunity to pay the fee for participation in a driver improvement course through a payment plan consisting of at least 4 installments, in approximately equal amounts and at approximately equal intervals, and having no additional fees or charges associated with the payment plan.".
