6"Whereas, 2013 Senate Bill 300, if enacted, would prohibit health insurance
7policies and self-insured governmental and school district health plans that cover
8injected or intravenous and oral chemotherapy from requiring an insured individual
9to pay a higher copayment, deductible, or coinsurance for oral chemotherapy than
10is required for injected or intravenous chemotherapy, regardless of the formulation
11or benefit category determination by the policy or plan; now, therefore, be it".
