SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 299

SB299-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB299-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 5: after "exemption" insert "no later than September 1 of the year to which the exemption relates".

SB299-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 14: after that line insert:

SB299-SA1,1,9 "(am) The county board shall make a decision to approve or disapprove an application received under par. (a), and notify the applicant of its decision, no later than 30 days after the date on which it receives the application. If the county board disapproves an application under par. (a) the town may appeal the county board's decision to the circuit court of the county.".

SB299-SA1,1,10 3. Page 2, line 23: delete "2013" and substitute "2014".
