SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 305

SB305-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB305-SA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 24: after "to" insert "the department's final estimate of".

SB305-SA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 25: delete "$11,800" and substitute "$23,700".

SB305-SA1,1,6 3. Page 5, line 3: after "commencement." insert "As soon as possible, the department shall post notice on the department's Internet site of its final estimate of the initial costs of production of the special group plates under par. (f) 63.".

SB305-SA1,1,8 4. Page 6, line 8: delete the material beginning with "in" and ending with "less," on line 10.
