SB324-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB324-SA3,1,6 1. Page 3, line 4: after "election." insert "Notwithstanding the other provisions of this paragraph, if a municipality has a history of voters waiting in line to vote for one hour or more on an election day at any polling location, the municipal clerk may offer hours for receiving absentee ballots in person without limitation to time or day.".
