SB48-SSA1-SA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: after "employees" insert "and making an appropriation".

SB48-SSA1-SA2,1,3 2. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:

SB48-SSA1-SA2,1,4 " Section 1d. 20.505 (1) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

SB48-SSA1-SA2,1,7 20.505 (1) (d) Health care benefit actuarial studies. A sum sufficient to provide reimbursements for actuarial studies under ss. 38.12 (12) (a), 66.0138 (2) (a), and 120.12 (28) (a).".

SB48-SSA1-SA2,1,8 3. Page 1, line 4: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".

SB48-SSA1-SA2,1,11 4. Page 1, line 10: after "principles." insert "The state shall, from the account under s. 20.505 (1) (d), reimburse the board for the costs of any actuarial study performed under this paragraph.".

SB48-SSA1-SA2,2,3 5. Page 2, line 12: after "principles." insert "The state shall, from the account under s. 20.505 (1) (d), reimburse the political subdivision for the costs of any actuarial study performed under this paragraph.".
