SB95-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB95-SA4,1,2 1. Page 21, line 10: delete lines 10 to 22 and substitute:

SB95-SA4,1,3 " Section 38n. 111.70 (1p) of the statutes is created to read:

SB95-SA4,1,7 111.70 (1p) County employees in a county with a population of 750,000 or more. With respect to municipal employees who are employed by a county with a population of 750,000 or more, the county executive is responsible for the municipal employer functions under this subchapter.".

SB95-SA4,1,10 2. Page 23, line 16: delete the material beginning with "The" and ending with "2. b." on line 17 and substitute "Collective bargaining. The treatment of section 111.70 (1p)".
