AB142-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB142-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:

AB142-AA1,1,3 " Section 1bd. 66.0409 (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB142-AA1,1,4 66.0409 (title) Local regulation of firearms weapons .

AB142-AA1,1bf Section 1bf. 66.0409 (2) of the statutes is renumbered 66.0409 (2) (a).

AB142-AA1,1bh Section 1bh. 66.0409 (2) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

AB142-AA1,1,11 66.0409 (2) (b) No political subdivision may enact or enforce an ordinance or adopt a resolution that regulates the sale, purchase, manufacture, possession, or transportation of, or the act of going armed with, any knife, including a switchblade, as defined under s. 941.24 (1g) (c), unless the ordinance or resolution is the same as or similar to, and no more stringent than, a state statute.".
