AB142-ASA1-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB142-ASA1-AA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 4: delete "knives and preemption of regulation of knives and
3providing a criminal penalty" and substitute "switchblades".

AB142-ASA1-AA1,1,5 42. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
5page 3, line 5, and substitute:

AB142-ASA1-AA1,1,6 6" Section 5b. 175.60 (1) (j) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB142-ASA1-AA1,1,97 175.60 (1) (j) "Weapon" means a handgun, an electric weapon, as defined in s.
8941.295 (1c) (a), a knife other than a switchblade knife under s. 941.24, or a billy
9club.".
