AB177-AA14,1,7 "3. The department shall keep account of the costs associated with the requirements under this subsection and shall discontinue the requirements under par. (b) and the authorization under par. (c) at the end of a year, if any, in which the costs during that year exceed 5 percent of the total federal funds used to provide benefits to recipients in this state during the preceding year.".
