AB184-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB184-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB184-AA1,1,3 " Section 1g. 36.11 (3) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB184-AA1,1,8 36.11 (3) (b) Subject to s. 36.31 (2m) and (4), the board shall establish policies for the appropriate transfer of credits between institutions within the system, including the designation of those courses which shall be transferable between and within institutions without loss of credit toward graduation or toward completion of a specific course of study.".

AB184-AA1,1,10 2. Page 2, line 14: delete "The board" and substitute "Upon request or consent of the student, the board".

AB184-AA1,1,11 3. Page 2, line 16: after that line insert:

AB184-AA1,2,3 "(c) The board's policies established under s. 36.11 (3) (b) shall allow all credits transferred under par. (b) to be subsequently transferred between institutions within the system.".
