AB191-AA8,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB191-AA8,1,2 21. Page 6, line 18: after that line insert:
AB191-AA8,1,9 3"(7) After at least 100 individuals in the 3 programs specified in sub. (1) (c) 1.
4to 3. in the aggregate have undergone testing for the use of a controlled substance,
5the department shall discontinue the screening, testing, and treatment
6requirements under this section at any point at which less than 1 percent of all of
7those who have been tested have a test result that is positive for the use of a
8controlled substance without presenting evidence of a valid prescription for the
9controlled substance.".
