AB191-AA8,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB191-AA8,1,2 1. Page 6, line 18: after that line insert:

AB191-AA8,1,9 "(7) After at least 100 individuals in the 3 programs specified in sub. (1) (c) 1. to 3. in the aggregate have undergone testing for the use of a controlled substance, the department shall discontinue the screening, testing, and treatment requirements under this section at any point at which less than 1 percent of all of those who have been tested have a test result that is positive for the use of a controlled substance without presenting evidence of a valid prescription for the controlled substance.".

AB191-AA8,2,3 "e. After at least 100 individuals in the program specified in this subdivision have undergone testing for the use of a controlled substance, the department shall discontinue the screening, testing, and treatment requirements under this paragraph at any point at which less than 1 percent of all of those who have been tested have a test result that is positive for the use of a controlled substance without presenting evidence of a valid prescription for the controlled substance.".
