AB212-AA3,1,4 1. Page 2, line 10: after "apply." insert "This paragraph shall only apply to individuals whom the department refers to the district attorney in the county in which the individual resides for prosecution.".

AB212-AA3,1,7 2. Page 2, line 18: after "violation." insert "This paragraph shall only apply to individuals whom the department refers to the district attorney in the county in which the individual resides for prosecution.".
