AB212-AA6,1,3 3" Section 3m. 108.09 (8) (c) of the statutes is created to read:
AB212-AA6,1,84 108.09 (8) (c) Whenever the department issues a determination in which the
5application of s. 108.04 (11) (br) or (cr) to the person is at issue, or a determination
6that could result in the application of s. 108.04 (11) (br) or (cr) to the person, the
7department shall notify the person of the availability of representation by the state
8public defender under s. 977.05 (4) (jr).
AB212-AA6,4m 9Section 4m. 977.05 (4) (jr) of the statutes is created to read:
AB212-AA6,2,210 977.05 (4) (jr) At the request of a person determined by the state public
11defender to be indigent, represent the person in proceedings under s. 108.09 or
12108.095 in which the application of s. 108.04 (11) (br) or (cr) to the person is at issue,
13or proceedings that could result in the application of s. 108.04 (11) (br) or (cr) to the

1person, before an appeal tribunal appointed under s. 108.09 (3) or the labor and
2industry review commission and in any subsequent judicial proceedings.".
