AB212-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB212-SA4,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: after "benefits" insert "and requiring the Department of Workforce Development to compare information submitted by claimants".

AB212-SA4,1,4 2. Page 2, line 19: after that line insert:

AB212-SA4,1,5 " Section 3e. 108.04 (20) of the statutes is created to read:

AB212-SA4,1,12 108.04 (20) Comparison to quarterly reports. The department shall compare all information reported by a claimant with respect to wages or other amounts received by or ascribed to the claimant with reports filed by employers under s. 108.205. For each comparison performed under this subsection, the department shall compare information reported by claimants with the most recently filed quarterly reports. The department shall perform comparisons under this subsection on a quarterly basis.".
