AB23-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 4: delete "or credit" and substitute "credit".

AB23-AA1,1,3 32. Page 2, line 4: after "union," insert "or farm credit institution,".

AB23-AA1,1,4 43. Page 2, line 6: delete "or credit" and substitute "credit".

AB23-AA1,1,5 54. Page 2, line 6: after "union" insert ", or farm credit institution".

AB23-AA1,1,7 65. Page 2, line 9: after "States" insert "or a farm credit institution organized
7under the laws of the United States".

AB23-AA1,1,8 86. Page 3, line 2: after that line insert:

AB23-AA1,2,2 9"(e) This subsection does not apply to any offer, promise, agreement, or
10commitment by a financial institution or its affiliate in connection with the issuance
