AB37-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB37-AA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: delete the material beginning with "participating" and ending with "Program" on line 4.

AB37-AA3,1,8 2. Page 2, line 3: delete the material beginning with "that is participating" and ending with "the school" on line 5 and substitute "for which food service is directly provided by the school and that is a public school, including a charter school as defined in s. 115.001 (1), and a private school participating in a parental choice program under s. 118.60 or 119.23,".
