AB627-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 20: after that line insert:

AB627-SA1,1,3 " Section 5m. 938.02 (4) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB627-SA1,1,7 938.02 (4) "Department" means the department of children and families, except that with respect to a juvenile who is under the supervision of the department of corrections under s. 938.183, 938.34 (2), (4h), (4m), (4n) (a), or (7g), or 938.357 (4), "department" means the department of corrections.".

AB627-SA1,1,9 " Section 9m. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB627-SA1,2,2 (1) Reconciliation provision. The legislative reference bureau shall, when preparing the statutes for publication, change in chapter 938 of the statutes the term "department of corrections" to "department" and make other changes necessary to effect the terminology change in chapter 938 of the statutes.".
