AB771-ASA1,1,1 An Act relating to: drug law enforcement grants.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB771-ASA1,1 Section 1. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB771-ASA1,1,8 (1) From the appropriation account under section 20.455 (2) (a) of the statutes, the department of justice shall award, for drug law enforcement and drug interdiction services, a grant in the amount of $20,000 in fiscal year 2015-16 and a grant in the amount of $50,000 in fiscal year 2016-17, to the sheriff's department in each of the following counties: Chippewa, Door, Lafayette, Monroe, Sauk, Vernon, and Wood.
