AB874-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB874-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 5, line 12: after "the hydrology of" insert "Pleasant Lake in Waushara County and any other navigable stream or navigable lake located in".

AB874-ASA1-AA1,1,7 2. Page 5, line 13: delete the material beginning with "except for" and ending with "prevent or remedy" on line 15 and substitute "for which the department seeks to determine whether existing and potential groundwater withdrawals are causing or are likely to cause".

AB874-ASA1-AA1,1,8 3. Page 5, line 15: delete "of a" and substitute "of the".

AB874-ASA1-AA1,1,11 4. Page 5, line 17: after "seasonal levels." insert "The department may request, under s. 13.10, the joint committee on finance to provide funding and positions for the evaluation and modeling under this paragraph.".

AB874-ASA1-AA1,2,3 5. Page 5, line 20: after "plant life." insert "The department shall begin the evaluation and modeling under this paragraph no later than one year after the effective date of this paragraph .... [LRB inserts date].".
