AB92-ASA1-AA12,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB92-ASA1-AA12,1,5 1. Page 6, line 20: after "felony" insert ". Notwithstanding s. 973.01, a court may not sentence a person to a period of confinement under this subdivision if the person demonstrates by a preponderance of the evidence that he or she was indigent at the time of the violation".
