ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 93

AB93-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB93-AA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 1: delete "No" and substitute "Beginning on the effective date of this paragraph .... [LRB inserts date], no".

AB93-AA1,1,6 2. Page 4, line 4: delete "The district" and substitute "Until all bonds issued by the district have been paid or sufficient funds have been reserved in a sinking fund to pay all bonds issued by the district, the district".

AB93-AA1,1,8 3. Page 5, line 12: delete that line and substitute "home stadium, When the district board determines that".

AB93-AA1,1,9 4. Page 5, line 13: delete " bureau" and substitute "district board".

AB93-AA1,2,3 5. Page 6, line 7: after " s. 13.172 (2)." insert "The report shall include a statement of the amount of tax revenues collected and of the amounts of the tax revenues used for debt payment, for nondebt expenses, and for any other purpose; a statement of all remaining obligations of the district; and an estimate of the amount of tax revenues that will be needed to meet remaining obligations of the district.".
