SB21-SSA1-SA7,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB21-SSA1-SA7,1,2 1. At the appropriate places, insert all of the following:

SB21-SSA1-SA7,1,3 " Section 1. 301.288 of the statutes is created to read:

SB21-SSA1-SA7,1,9 301.288 Policies regarding overtime. The department may not establish or enforce a policy on overtime if the policy results in the expenditure during that fiscal year of an amount of overtime compensation that is greater than the amount of overtime compensation spent in the previous fiscal year, except as needed to make adjustments for inflation or salary increases that were based on cost-of-living increases.".
