SB315-SA2,1,4 43. Page 2, line 6: after "on" insert ", or maintaining a structure placed on,".

SB315-SA2,1,5 54. Page 2, line 7: after "placed" insert "or maintained".

SB315-SA2,1,7 65. Page 2, line 11: delete "person to place" and substitute "placement or
7maintenance of".

SB315-SA2,1,8 86. Page 2, line 12: delete "person".

SB315-SA2,1,10 97. Page 2, line 13: delete "placed the structure" and substitute "structure was
