SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE BILL 322

SB322-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB322-SA2,1,3 1. Page 10, line 6: delete "or any portion thereof," and substitute " , prorated daily,".

SB322-SA2,1,4 2. Page 10, line 20: after that line insert:

SB322-SA2,1,5 " Section 12m. 775.05 (4c) of the statutes is created to read:

SB322-SA2,1,10 775.05 (4c) The claims board shall develop and issue a pamphlet regarding financial information management services to each petitioner or other individual to whom the claims board awards compensation under sub. (4). The pamphlet shall include Internet Web site addresses or other general contact information for publicly available financial management tools and resources.".
