SB404-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB404-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: after "(5)" insert "(b) 2. and 3.".

SB404-SA1,1,8 2. Page 2, line 2: after "76.638." insert "Funds invested under sub. (5) (b) 1. in venture capital funds may not be used as the basis for claiming the early stage seed investment credits. A person who claims the credit for funds invested under sub (5) shall claim the credit in proportion to the amount determined by dividing the sum of the amounts invested under sub. (5) (b) 2. and 3. by all of the amounts invested under sub. (5) (b).".
