SB44-AA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB44-AA9,1,3 1. Page 1, line 5: after "to a labor organization" insert ", membership of business entities in a specified business association,".

SB44-AA9,1,4 2. Page 5, line 5: after that line insert:

SB44-AA9,1,5 " Section 11b. 178.40 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

SB44-AA9,1,9 178.40 (4) Each registered limited liability partnership shall be, without payment, a full member of Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce. Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce shall treat and represent all of its member businesses equally, without regard to their payment of membership fees.

SB44-AA9,11f Section 11f. 179.09 of the statutes is created to read:

SB44-AA9,2,2 179.09 Business association membership. Each limited partnership shall be, without payment, a full member of Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce. Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce shall treat and represent all of its member businesses equally, without regard to their payment of membership fees.

SB44-AA9,11k Section 11k. 180.03 of the statutes is created to read:

SB44-AA9,2,7 180.03 Business association membership. Each corporation shall be, without payment, a full member of Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce. Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce shall treat and represent all of its member businesses equally, without regard to their payment of membership fees.

SB44-AA9,11p Section 11p. 181.03 of the statutes is created to read:
