SB463-SA2,1,3 " Section 35m. 167.33 (4) (e) of the statutes is created to read:

SB463-SA2,1,6 167.33 (4) (e) Maintenance. Each ski area operator shall maintain the ski area and ski area infrastructure in a safe manner and shall promptly remove or mitigate known hazardous conditions within the ski area and ski area infrastructure.".
